Fred Bijou

Fred Bijou is the President and Co-Founder of BC Capital Partners. Fred is responsible for sourcing deals, structuring all of BC Capital Partners investments as well as overseeing acquisitions, asset management,financing and property redevelopment. He runs the Day to Day operations and is constantly tracking market trends across the country to look for new opportunities for acquisitions. Prior to starting BC Capital Partners, Fred was a Director at the Investment Sales brokerage- TerraCRG. Fred ran a team of 3 that focused on the sales of Multi-Family and Mixed-Use buildings in Brooklyn, NY. Fred has personally sold over $300M of real estate during his 4-year tenure at TerraCRG. He was recognized by Commercial Observer as a top “30 under30” real estate professional and was featured in the NY Real Estate Journal as“2019 Ones to Watch” in Real Estate. Fred attended Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and is a respected member of his community in Brooklyn, NY.
