Abraham Jemal

Abraham Jemal is the Director of Acquisitions for BC Capital Partners. Since joining BC Capital Partners in the beginning of 2021, Abraham’s role has been sourcing new buildings, underwriting, evaluating potential assets, and negotiating prices. Before starting at BC Capital Partners, Abraham worked at Kassin Sabbagh Realty as an investment sales broker and focused in areas all over New York and New Jersey. Abraham learnt the ins and outs of the real estate business working on Multi-Family, Mixed-use, and Industrial properties. With a focus in the out of state markets such as Philadelphia, Boston, and Miami, Abraham has been at the forefront of tracking and maintaining changes in market trends, new development, and residential market rents.
